Web application, database programming and mobile application development are typically billed on a time and materials basis with hourly rates determined by the type of work and the scope of the project.

We favor a two phased project approach to projects whereby an initial requirements analysis and preliminary project design is done on a time and materials basis. Based on the outputs from this initial phase the client can make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the full project based on a meaningful estimate of the total cost of completion and projected benefits of the project.

If you already have a detailed requirements document a fixed price for a project can often be developed.
